Some frequently asked questions about drug screening

Workplace health services help employees start and return to work. Our holistic services include pre-employment and DOT physicals, workers comp, BATs, urine drug screening, escreen, and more.

What do I need to bring to my appointment? If you have come at the request of your employer, you should bring a completed and signed authorization form that lists the desired services (this will be given to you by your employer), as well as proof of identification. If you are choosing to come to Testology for workplace health services, please bring proof of identification and a method of payment.

How will I receive my results? If your employer has requested the drug screening for you, they will be receiving your results. They can expect them via secure mail or a designated portal. For non-lab results and in-house lab results, same-day results can be expected. For send-out labs, the turnaround time is closer to 3 to 5 business days. If you will be receiving your own results, you can expect to receive them via secure mail.

Who pays for my visit? If you have come at the request of your employer, your employer will cover your visit. If you have come as an individual, you will be asked to provide a payment method.

Where can I find an authorization form? A copy of your Testology employer authorization form is given to your employer once their account is created. Your employer should complete and provide this form to you to bring with you to your visit.
