Hair Drug Panels
Hair 21-Panel
Summary
Our most comprehensive hair panel, covering 21 drug classes — everything in the Hair 18-Panel plus three newly added substances: Pregabalin, Xylazine, and Kratom (including its two active compounds, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine).
Why it matters
Adds coverage for substances increasingly seen in real-world cases — Xylazine is now commonly found mixed into illicit fentanyl, Kratom use has grown rapidly as an over-the-counter stimulant/analgesic, and Pregabalin misuse is a growing concern alongside opioid use. No additional hair sample is needed beyond a standard collection.
